Often we don’t think twice about what hormonal birth control is doing to our bodies outside of the obvious PERKS.

Like easily not getting pregnant when you don’t want to.

Or ‘clearing’ hormonal acne.

Or regulating a wacked out period.

But the truth is, whatever issue led you to get on the pill in the first place didn’t just disappear.

It’s just been lying dormant in your body because birth control has been artificially telling your body what to do instead.

OH and while it’s been doing that it’s also been causing some INTENSE DAMAGE.

This means when you come OFF hormonal birth control the old problems resurface with a vengeance.

I personally found this out the hard way back in 2013. I wish I had known then what I know now.

My body had forgotten how to WOMAN.

I came off the pill because I wanted to be ABLE to have babies when I wanted.

I wanted to get anything unnatural OUT of my body.

I wanted to really truly heal.

I knew the only way to do so was to ditch my hormonal birth control.

That bitch.
